I am deeply disturbed that Costco continues to stock Israeli products while the International Court of Justice (ICJ) finds it plausible that Israel is committing genocide in Gaza. The UN has also confirmed Israel is imposing a man-made famine on civilians in a clear violation of international law and human rights. By continuing to sell these products, Costco is not neutral, it is complicit. Some of these goods are linked to illegal settlements and companies profiting from occupation. Neutrality in the face of atrocity is not ethical, it is endorsement. I urge Costco to immediately review its supply chains and stop sourcing Israeli products. If Costco chooses profit over principle, I will have no choice but to reconsider my membership and ongoing support and love for a company that is betraying its own code of ethics.
